4. Payment Terms

Payment is required for qualified leads delivered through our platform. Pricing is based on the selected plan and number of qualified leads. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that leads meet the specified criteria agreed upon in your campaign setup. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CodeNexusX are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeNexusX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease, except for payment obligations and confidentiality provisions.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
